On December 31st 2008 as I opened some early birthday gifts, I looked down at the Gourmet 2005 Anniversary Cookbook and thought, another to add to my collection that were never used. We had gotten a “Couple First and Forever” cookbook as an engagement present, I bought a Weight Watchers cookbook when I rejoined in November, and of course had many others collected throughout the years. So I made a resolution the next day, it went from 3 new recipes a week to 2 a week, to 6 a month and that’s what stuck!
So given I enjoy blogging and journaling in general it seemed appropriate to start a blog about it! Here I hope to capture each recipe and experience as I cook my way through 2009.
